除了醫用凍乾機以外，上海KYOWAC還從事食品用真空冷凍乾燥機的研發和生產。日本共和真空技術（株）是日本擁有生產單罐面積330M2的食品凍乾設備的技術的生產廠家。60多年來，日本共和真空（株）已經為食品企業製造了總計約16000M2乾燥面積的凍乾設備，使用者已達200餘家。

Besides the pharmaceutical grade lyophilizer, Shanghai Kyowa also develops and produces the food grade one. Japanese Kyowa, which can produce the machine with the single cylinder’s capacity of 330M2. For more than 60 years, Japanese Kyowa has supplied their products to more than 200 food enterprises with the total useful area for 16000 M2.

• 凍乾箱為臥式圓筒型，前箱為乾燥室，後部為冷凝器。乾燥室內 部兩側各設置了多層加熱擱板，並預留了足夠的空間，便於維護和保養。箱體採用不銹鋼製造，符合了HACCP的管理要求。

  The drying chamber & ice condenser is isolated by separation wall and isolation valve, and it is no need to install the large- diameter vacuum pipe and vacuum valve on the outside to facilitate the installation. The structure and shape of the isolation valve is fully air-tightened to facilitate the vacuum-keeping in the drying chamber during the defrosting.

• 裝料小車能夠通過懸掛式的軌道連續進出乾燥室，方便快捷而且節省人工，並且可以通過導軌小車將前處理室，預凍室、乾燥室和後處理室等連成一體，在整個生產過程中使用託盤，顯著提髙了生產效率，利於大規 模批量成產。

  Furthermore, by using track trolley, the pre-treating room, pre-cooling room, the drying chamber and the after-treating room are integrated. The trays are used during the whole production process, which obviously rise the production efficiency and favor the large-scale production.

• 凍乾室和冷凝器之間用分隔壁及隔離閥分開，不需要在外部安裝大口徑的真空管道和真空閥，安裝極為方便。隔離閥的結構和形狀採用了完全氣密的方式，因此化霜時很容易保持凍乾室的真空度。

  The material of the shelves, adopted the anti-corrosion aluminum alloy, which is treated by anode pellumina treatment, has the advantage of anti-corrosion, wear-resistance, high heat radiant rate, heating equably, and it is also sanitary, firm and convenient.

• 擱板採用耐腐蝕鋁合金材料，經過陽極氧化鋁膜處理，耐腐蝕耐磨損，熱輻射率髙，加熱均勻，而且衛生，堅固，輕便。

  The charging trolley can pass in and out the drying chamber through the hanging-type tramroad which is fast and convenient, and economize the manpower.
